Shipping Policy

What is the current delivery time?

Once your package has been delivered to the respective courier company, it will take an average of 2 to 9 business days to reach your door.

*Note: Sometimes the tracking information may show that your package has not yet reached the courier, even though it has been delivered to you. This is because courier companies are overloaded and cannot process all packages immediately. If your package is scanned, it will show as received even if it arrives before the deadline.

Orders placed before 9:00 PM on weekdays: same day delivery.

My package is showing as late delivery. What should I do?

Unfortunately, we use courier services and depending on the workload of the courier company we cannot guarantee 100% delivery. We always strive to deliver your order from our warehouse to the courier as quickly as possible.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and we are doing our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If you do not receive your order within 9 business days, please contact us. We will check the status of your order.
